Our 408ci uses a factory cast iron truck block for better overall strength and a set of LS3 ported heads. This engine makes 550hp and has a strong sounding idle with good street manners. Using good performance long tube header that has 1 7/8” primary tubes and a 3.5” collector is recommend.
